Visitor Checkout vs. Customer Account

We offer two ways to place and manage your order: Visitor Checkout and Customer Account. Below is a simple guide to help you understand the difference and how to track your order in each case.

 

1. Visitor Checkout (Guest Order)

If you place an order without creating an account, you are checking out as a visitor.

 

How to manage your order:

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

● Click the “View Your Order” button in the email

● You will be directed to a secure order status page

● From there, you can:

○ Check your order status

○ Track shipping updates

○ Review your order details (items, address, etc.)

 

Important notes:

● This is not a full account login

● You can only view this specific order

● You cannot access past orders or manage account details

 

2. Customer Account

If you create an account, you will have full access to your order history and account features.

How to manage your order:

● Log in to your account using your email

● Go to your Account Dashboard

● From there, you can:

○ View all current and past orders

○ Track shipments

○ Manage your address and personal details

○ Enjoy a faster checkout experience next time

 

3. Already Ordered as a Visitor?

Good news — you can still create an account using the same email address used for your order.

● Once your account is created, your previous orders may be automatically linked to your account

● This allows you to manage everything in one place going forward
