Can it generate power in low-light conditions?
Yes. HiFlow/HiFlow Pro features a low startup voltage and is designed to begin generating power earlier in the morning and continue later into the evening.
Is elevated temperature during operation normal?
A moderate temperature increase during operation is normal and will not impact product longevity. The system has undergone rigorous testing, and the casing is designed for rapid heat dissipation (natural convection). For safety and performance, install the unit in a well-ventilated, non-sun-exposed area, away from children/pets.
