Order Tracking


1. Tracking Availability

●  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

●  Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

 

2. How to Track Your Order

●  You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

●  Tracking updates may include: Order processed, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered.

 

3. Tracking Updates & Delays

●  Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may not update in real time.

●  Occasional delays in updates may occur due to carrier processing, customs procedures, or local logistics conditions.

●  If your tracking information has not updated for several days, your package is still in transit and on its way.

 

4. Missing or Delayed Tracking Information

●  If you have not received a tracking number within the expected processing time, please contact our support team.

●  If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we recommend waiting a few additional business days as updates may be delayed.

●  We are happy to assist you in investigating any shipping issues with the carrier if needed.

 

5. Delivery Confirmation

●  Once tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

●  If you have not received your package despite a “Delivered” status, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
