Payment Methods

We offer multiple convenient payment options to make your shopping experience with Hoymiles easy and secure.

1. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept the following cards:

American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, UnionPay, and Visa

When paying by card:

  • a.Click on "Credit Card."
  • b.Enter your card number, expiration date, and security code accurately, then click "Pay Now" to continue.
  • c.After completing the payment process, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page, where you can view your order again.

If your payment is declined, first check that your payment details are correct and your card has sufficient available funds. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or try another payment method.
 
Please note that Hoymiles does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. If you have any questions about a transaction made through our website, please contact your card-issuing bank for further assistance.

Credit and debit card payments are subject to the card-issuing banks terms and conditions, which you have accepted upon entering into the agreement with your bank.

 

2. PayPal

PayPal allows you to make payments quickly and securely without sharing your financial information with us.

When selecting PayPal at checkout:

  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website 
  • You need to log in to your account to complete the payment 
  • Once confirmed, you will be redirected back to our store

The use of PayPal is subject to the PayPal user agreement, which you have entered into when setting up a user account with PayPal. Customers are responsible for any PayPal fees and charges. Such fees are charged by PayPal, not by us, and are non-refundable. 

 

3. Mobile Payments

We support the following mobile payment methods:

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay

These options allow for a faster checkout experience, as you do not need to manually enter card details.Payment is completed via secure authentication (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID, or device verification).

Mobile payment is available on supported devices and browsers and is subject to the corresponding terms and conditions provided by the operator of the mobile payment method.
 

4. Klarna

We offer installment payment options through Klarna.With Klarna, you can pay later within a specified period, or split your purchase into installments. 

Please note:
Klarna services are subject to eligibility and approval and Klarna’s general terms and conditions.
 
 

5. Discount Codes & Gift Cards

We may offer discount codes and gift cards that can be applied at checkout.

Discount Codes:

  • Must be entered at checkout to be applied 
  • Cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed 
  • The use of discount codes is subject to expiration dates and specific terms 
  • Discount Codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Gift Cards:

  • Can be used as a payment method during checkout 
  • The available balance will be deducted from the order total 
  • If the order exceeds the gift card balance, an additional payment method is required
