Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders shipping to Germany (DE) . For other EU countries, shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

How long is delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for orders within Germany after dispatch. For other EU countries, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to weather, regulations, order volume, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Do you ship within the EU?

Can I track my order?

For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact our support team to request an address change. However, if your order has been shipped, you can't change your shipping info anymore, so please double check the shipping info before placing your order.

The carrier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a pickup point, depending on local logistics policies.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Once the order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes, and you may need to contact the carrier directly to request a redirection.
